Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at kingsbridgebooks@outlook.com. Please note that returns must be sent to: Noordwaarts 105, 2711 HK Zoetermeer, the Netherlands. Shipping is free, but you are responsible for return shipping costs. You can always contact us at kingsbridgebooks@outlook.com with questions about returns.

Damage and issues

Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it for you.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (including food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care products (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

For e-books, the right of withdrawal expires once the download begins, provided the customer has given prior consent.

Unfortunately, sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period

Notwithstanding the above, if goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without providing a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether it has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded through your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, contact us at kingsbridgebooks@outlook.com.

Physical books can also be exchanged. To arrange an exchange, contact kingsbridgebooks@outlook.com within 14 days of receipt. The same conditions regarding the condition of the book and return shipping apply as described above.
